FINISHED BASEMENT MAN CAVE
This basement was previously used for storage. We finished the walls, ceiling and floors into a spacious entertainment room.
MASTER BATH REMODEL
In this home we completely remodeled the master bath with new fixtures, granite countertops and tiled shower and floor. Features included bench seat, glass door and patterned tile.
ATTIC BATHROOM
We reconfigured a small cramped bathroom in an attic bedroom. We opened the floor space by removing a cast iron tub and built a tiled walk-in shower.
The toilet was relocated to the opposite corner and next to the tiled bench that is part of the new walk-in shower. Floor tiles were replaced with a new larger honey comb pattern.
KITCHEN REMODEL
This kitchen was redesigned to make it roomier with a center island. Cabinets were custom made with new granite counter tops and a new tan tile floor.
4 SEASON ROOM The clients wanted to replace a screened in porch with a 4 season room and new lavatory and laundry room. Energy efficient windows and doors, and a hardwood floor were also installed.
WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL NEW KITCHEN In this older Atlanta home we removed a kitchen wall and old cabinets to create an open floor plan. We added new tile, hardwood floor, windows, lighting and cabinets.

ATTIC CONVERSION
We converted an attic to useable space with new HVAC. Walls insulated and finished with drywall and paint. A new subfloor was laid and finished with hardwood .
BATHROOM REMODEL
At this home we remodeled the Master bathroom with new fixtures and bathtub, and granite countertops. The old floor and wall coverings were replaced with new tile laid in a diamond pattern with borders and base molding. Finish hardware included new towel bars and a tub grab bar.
BATHROOM REMODEL We removed the pink fixtures and installed a cream pedestal sink and toilet and updated the medicine cabinet. Walls were tiled in cream colors & white honey comb floor tile.
WOOD FLOORS & PAINTED WALLS
The wood floors throughout this home were refinished for a fresh new look. We removed the mirrored glass from around the fireplace. And the walls and trim were given a new coat of paint.
4 SEASON ROOM ADDITION & NEW DECK For this home, we removed an old screened in porch on metal posts and added a large 4 season room and new wood deck. After the porch demoltion. we excava- ted engineered footings to support the new structure. The 4 season room opens onto the deck with single lite French doors. Other features include single lite windows, transom window, ceiling fans, tiled floors, beadboard ceiling, deck railings and wood privacy fence.
FLAGSTONE REFACING
Our clients decided to have a 3 story tower and chimney faced with flagstone. The home also received a fresh coat of stucco to match the flagstone colors.
