Big Bear Construction is family owned & operated and located in Smyrna GA where it was started by Bearin Santos in 2005. We specialize in residential & commercial remodeling and construction. Bearin is a 3rd generation contractor originally from California where he learned his trade and has worked in the construction industry since he was 13. Bearin will personally meet with you to discuss your project, prepare the estimate, then meet with you again to review the proposals.
